We had some guests over at the house and my job was to bake some pizzas. It has been a while since I used the oven and I was worried I forgot how to use it lol. This is also the second Expert Grill 15″ pizza oven I purchased. It was on sale for $87 and I couldn’t pass up the deal. I’m using 2 pizzas stones in my Expert Grill 15″ pizza oven. I’m not sure if it helps or not but I assume having the 2 stones in top of each other will help it maybe retain the heat longer.
Quick video below showing my heating up process for the expert grill oven. I will keep putting in fresh hickory logs for 30-40 minutes to get a really strong fire going and then I will put less wood in when the pizzas are baking so I don’t burn them.
Here are a few pictures and videos of pizzas baked in the Expert Grill 15″ Pizza Oven from Walmart.

I’m still working on my pizza table for the portable pizza oven. I’m just trying to figure out what I want before I start making it =). The first time I rushed into the wood shop excited to build something but had no plans and it just didn’t come out how I wanted it. Standby for version 2.0
